From Gross to Yummmay!
I turned this into delicious banana bread. My roommates thought I was weird as I was humming the superman theme song to myself in the kitchen. I thought changing such gross bananas in to yummmy bread was really a heroic act.

I love warm banana bread with butter. mmmm. Yummy in my tummy. That recipe makes good banana muffins too. You just don't bake as long.
It's like you saved the banana from being tossed away and allow it to have a purposeful and fulfilled life. It's lifetime achievement: banana bread. That rocks!
